A corner of the island, where you can immerse yourself in a Mediterranean restaurant menu, created by chef Fabio Nurra, made up of simple yet refined dishes that celebrate local raw elements and the freshness of seasonal ingredients. Every dish, every flavor, every aroma tells a story of passion, tradition and love for one's land.
The restaurant focuses on high-level cuisine, where you can taste the best island recipes. Already in the morning, the scent of freshly baked bread - including the famous Sardinian Carasau and a variety of focaccias - envelops the environment, completing Chef Nurra’s offerings. Even the Cellar receives much attention from the Sommeliers: the renowned local Vermentino and Cannonau from ancient vines age alongside a curated selection of the best national and international bubbles. All this translates into a narrative designed for the place, where the chef's gourmet creations blend in with the architectural structure, in a unique setting that takes guests on a journey through time, the sea, nature, memory and matter.

"To return to savoring authentic and healthy food, you need to meet artisanal cheesemakers, fisherman, winemakers, farmers and olive oil producers, combining innovative cooking techniques with the best traditional local ingredients. Knowing their stories, their work... and then telling them with my cuisine", he says proudly.
